Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Oanthrope platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including coaches, club administrators, and parents accessing reports via shared links.

2. Description of Service

Oanthrope provides digital athletic performance assessment reports for young athletes based on anthropometric measurements and performance test data entered by coaches. Reports are generated using peer-reviewed scientific methodologies including the Mirwald Maturity Offset formula, Khamis-Roche adult height prediction, and the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) framework.

3. User Accounts & Eligibility

• •You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an account.
• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• •Coaches and clubs are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from athletes and their guardians before entering data into the system.
• •One account may not be shared between multiple individuals.

4. Data Accuracy & Responsibility

The quality and accuracy of generated reports depends entirely on the accuracy of data entered by the coach. Oksit Engineering Consultancy accepts no liability for reports generated from inaccurate, incomplete, or fabricated input data. It is the coach's professional responsibility to verify measurements before submission.

5. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed by Polar, which acts as Merchant of Record for all transactions. By making a purchase you agree to Polar's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to these terms. Polar handles tax collection, invoicing and payment disputes on our behalf.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, algorithms, design, source code and report templates are the intellectual property of Oksit Engineering Consultancy. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without written consent. Generated reports may be shared with the athlete and their family for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• ✕Enter false, misleading or third-party data without consent.
• ✕Attempt to access, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform or its API.
• ✕Resell or redistribute reports or platform access without authorisation.
• ✕Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oksit Engineering Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will endeavour to notify users of significant changes via e-mail or platform notification.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Istanbul courts.
