1. Who We Are
Oanthrope is a youth athletic performance assessment tool developed and operated by Oksit Engineering Consultancy ("Oksit Eng.", "we", "us"). The platform is used exclusively by adults — parents, legal guardians and coaches (18+) — to measure, analyse and track the biomechanical and physiological development of young athletes. Young athletes are the subject of the reports; they are never users or customers and have no accounts, logins or communication features on the platform. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record payment provider.
2. Data We Collect
2.1 Athlete Data
Name, date of birth, gender, height, weight, sprint times, heart rate and other performance metrics entered by an authorised coach on behalf of the athlete.
2.2 Guardian / Parent Contact Data
Optional name, phone and e-mail address used solely for delivering assessment reports via secure share links.
2.3 Account & Usage Data
Coach credentials (hashed password, e-mail), login timestamps, club and team affiliations.
2.4 Payment Data
Billing details are collected and processed exclusively by Polar. We do not store card numbers or financial credentials.
3. How We Use Your Data
- ✓To generate personalised athletic assessment reports using peer-reviewed biomechanical algorithms (Mirwald PHV, Khamis-Roche, LTAD).
- ✓To deliver reports to the purchasing adult (parent, guardian or coach) via secure tokenised links.
- ✓To maintain platform security and provide technical support.
- ✓To process payments through Polar, our payment provider.
- ✓To comply with applicable laws and contractual obligations.
4. Children's Data — Special Protections
⚠️ Important Notice Regarding Minors
Oanthrope processes data relating to minors, but minors are never users of the platform. All data is entered exclusively by a responsible adult — a parent, legal guardian or coach (18+). That adult is responsible for having the right to provide the data and for obtaining any necessary parental or guardian consent in line with applicable law (KVKK, GDPR). Minors cannot create accounts, make payments, or access the platform directly, and there are no messaging or social features for minors.
5. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with:
- •Cloud Infrastructure & Hosting Providers — secure cloud hosting and database storage services operating under strict data processing and confidentiality agreements.
- •Polar — payment processing. Polar acts as Merchant of Record; their privacy policy governs payment data.
- •Legal authorities — only when required by law or court order.
6. Data Retention
Athlete records are retained for 5 years from last test date or until account deletion, whichever is sooner. Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days of request. PDF reports stored on our servers are deleted within 90 days of creation.
7. Security
We use bcrypt password hashing, HTTPS/TLS encryption, session-based authentication with HttpOnly cookies, and parameterised database queries to prevent SQL injection. No system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data. To exercise these rights contact info@oanthrope.com or support@oanthrope.com. We respond within 30 days.
9. Cookies
Essential session cookies are used for user authentication. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used. Polar, as our Merchant of Record, may also set necessary functional cookies during checkout processing.
